Contribution & Refund Policy

At Jigisha Foundation, we offer spiritual and educational programs designed to support inner growth, clarity, and balanced living. Our programs may be offered either through voluntary contributions or fixed participation fees.
1. Nature of Participation
- Some programs are offered on a voluntary contribution basis to support our spiritual education initiatives.
- Some programs may involve a fixed participation fee.
- Each program clearly mentions the applicable contribution or fee before registration.
2. Refund Policy for Voluntary Contributions
- Contributions made towards our programs are voluntary in nature and are generally non-refundable.
- These contributions help us continue offering meaningful spiritual programs and outreach.
3. Refund Policy for Paid Programs
- Fees paid for structured programs are generally non-refundable.
- Refund requests may be considered only if made within 24 hours of payment.
- No refund will be provided once program access, session details, or learning materials have been shared.
4. Rescheduling / Batch Transfer
- If you are unable to attend a program, you may request to join a future batch of the same program (subject to availability).
- This is provided as a supportive alternative instead of refunds.
5. Cancellation by Jigisha Foundation
- If a program is cancelled by Jigisha Foundation, participants may choose either:
- A full refund (for paid programs), or
- Transfer to a future program
6. Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
